ABOUT US
Our primary focus revolves around acquiring value-add apartment buildings and single-family homes at prices significantly below replacement cost. What initially began as a fix-and-flip model in Northern California has evolved into a diverse portfolio of rental properties across the entire state of California, with a specific emphasis on workforce housing. We take pride in providing tenants with the same level of consideration and quality typically associated with premium housing. Through partnerships with Berkeley Housing, Hope Solutions, Section 8, and other organizations dedicated to assisting tenants in regaining stability, we actively contribute to fostering positive housing solutions.
